About Intentional Daisy
Emotional resilience doesn’t come from doing everything right.
Resilience, here, isn’t about being unshaken.
It’s about learning how to steady yourself again and again – with increasing confidence.
Why this space exists
Life has a way of quietly piling things on.
Motherhood, relationships, mental health, expectations – often all at once.
Responsibilities accumulate. Expectations grow. Fear sneaks in under the guise of love, protection, or “just being careful.” And before you realize it, you’re exhausted – not because you aren’t capable, but because you’ve been carrying too much for too long.
Intentional Daisy exists as a space for acknowledgement, encouragement, reflection, and simple tools for people who are doing their best to show up – even on the difficult days.
Where this comes from
Intentional Daisy is shaped by lived experience.
I live with post-partum onset obsessive compulsive disorder and have spent the last two decades learning how to navigate fear, unwanted thoughts, and anxiety while raising a family, building a business and creating a life I love.
The tools and suggestions available here don’t come from a place of having it all figured out. Far from it.
Rather, they come from learning – daily – how to choose intention over fear, light over spiraling thoughts, and progress over perfection.
Intentional Daisy didn’t bloom from theory or distance.
It comes from the long, ongoing work of learning how to live fully alongside fear, rather than waiting for fear to disappear first.
